1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Liveface, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Description of Service
Liveface provides a cloud-based real-time face swap platform accessible via web browser. The service allows users to apply virtual avatars to their webcam feed for use in live streaming, video conferencing, and content creation.
3. Account Registration
To access Liveface, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Liveface for any unlawful purpose, to create content that deceives or defrauds others without disclosure, to impersonate real individuals without consent, to violate any third party's intellectual property rights, or to circumvent any security measures of the platform.
5. Prohibited Content
You may not use Liveface to generate, transmit, or display content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable. We reserve the right to remove content and suspend accounts that violate these restrictions.
6. Credits and Billing
Liveface services are purchased per session or via optional subscription plans. All payments are processed securely. Refunds are provided in accordance with applicable law.
7. Intellectual Property
Liveface and its underlying technology are owned by OS Designers, Inc.. You retain ownership of content you create using the platform, but grant us a limited license to process that content as necessary to provide the service.
8. Privacy
Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
9. Disclaimers
Liveface is provided 'as is' without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or harmful components. We are not responsible for any content generated or transmitted using the platform.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, OS Designers, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of Liveface.
11. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting hello@liveface.app.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Korea, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
13. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or a prominent notice on our platform. Continued use of Liveface after changes constitutes acceptance.
